If you are a business hosting customer, you may choose to disable
select, or even all of the zimlets, by opening a ticket from our online
help desk.
You may request that we install additional zimlets using our
ticketing system in our online help desk, and we will consider such
requests with 2 weeks. For
the safety and reliability of server to all of our customers in the
shared environment, new zimlets, just released, will typically have to
be sand-boxed (tested) within our test environment for a period of at least 30 days prior to releasing them into the shared environment.
Please note that many zimlets do not function,
or do not function well within the latest licensed version of Zimbra,
which 01.com employs. We have, therefore, disabled these zimlets. Zimlets, as third-party extensions outside of our control, may not function after upgrades, and neither the list above, nor any new introductions, can be guaranteed to be available or functional.
