We know that sometimes you need to close mailboxes, and still want to retain the data within those mailboxes in a usable, accessible format, if needed. We try to make this easy and inexpensive for you, by reducing the charges by as much as 80% on accounts (mailboxes) you identify as closed.

If you set any of your mailboxes to the status "closed", which you can do through your Zimbra domain admin, your user will not longer have access to the mailbox, and you will only be charged $2 monthly, instead of your applicable account charge (ie, $5), plus the actual storage in GB, not the Quota. If active, closed accounts are no longer charged for Zimbra Mobile.
