Yes. The personal accounts are often purchased by people testing Zimbra and 01.com. You may upgrade to a Business Hosting account by returning to the 01.com order form, which will typically remember your account information, and ordering Business Hosting when you're ready. Use the online help desk to request to migrate any data you'd like to save into your new Business Hosting account, once you've setup mailboxes there. You may then cancel your personal hosting account, if you don't plan to use it, too. Canceling service is an automated, two step process: 

1. login to the Billing Manager
   
2. select "cancel" next to your Personal Hosting account.
   

Service will automatically be canceled at the end of your service period. For customers, there are illustrated instructions at our online help desk in the knowledge base called "How do I cancel service?"
