This means if you have your own Zimbra installation/server already, you can purchase just the end-user, tier-1, help desk support for the
Zimbra product from 01.com. We charge either monthly based on the number of help desk personnel we will be supporting, or in the case of direct Tier-1 support, then monthly per user, with a minimum of $250/month, and activation fee of one-month's service.
