We also offer on-premises and remote, webinar training for end-users from experienced trainers, static and dynamic documentation, help-desk to help-desk support, and a best-practices approach. We have experience with LDAP, Active Directory and Open Directory integration, including auto-provisioning, in addition to delivering solutions for multiple locations (geographic diversity), secure and high availability solutions.
