documentation is designed to be easily digestible, printable, and if at
all possible, fun. This way, along with our instant activation, you can
be up and running independently, as though you had your own Zimbra
installation, with our customized documentation, far faster than if you
were tasked with providing the hardware, software, licensing, hosting,
power, and expertise yourself.
E-mail clients for which we have illustrated instructions include
Outlook, Mail.app, Entourage, Thunderbird and Eudora. We include DNS
configuration instructions for common hosting providers such as
GoDaddy.com, NetworkSolutions.com, ENOM, and others. We even provide
e-mail templates for your own communications to your team members, to
give you ideas as to what you might say to them, and when, to prepare
them for switching to 01.com, and help them use our service. Of course,
we also have 24/7 live support available by phone, chat and our
enterprise help desk, just in case you need not only answer, but also a
friendly, experienced voice to help you change how your email is
