We have no setup charges for our Zimbra shared/cloud hosting services when purchased with an annual term, nor for monthly terms.

We also have no cancellation penalties beyond what you've paid for service to date.  That means with monthly terms, if you decide to delete an account, or ten, you simply stop getting charged for them the next month. Please also remember that our first 30 days are free-of-charge/
