More information and quick links about the domain admin:
  • User name and password.  If you ordered the service, use your same hosted email address and password to login.  If you are not the original person that ordered service, not that you must have domain admin privileges to access the domain admin.  Contact the original person that ordered the service and ask them to make you a domain admin, too, or ask them to make the changes for you.  If that person is no longer available, please contact our Billing department using our online help desk ticketing system.
  • Login.  From our home page login widget, or the shortcut: https://zimbraadmin.01.com
  • Canonical Address.  Only necessary if you want to change who you're sending "from" more-or-less permanently, the Canonical Address field sets the "from" address of email for a respective mailbox.  Unlike Personas/identities which can be changed on-the-fly by a user without domain admin privileges from a pull-down menu in their webmail (or using identities in Outlook, Mail or Thunderbird), the canonical address is considered more or less a permanent "from" address, and also impacts Mobile devices (iPhone, Blackberry, etc.) using the mailbox.  See Zimbra forums on Canonical Address.

  • Selecting mailboxes.  To select more than one mailbox at a time, click on the first one, then shift-click on another to select the mailboxes and all of the ones between them.  You may also use control-click to select multiple mailboxes that are not contiguous.
