01.com Zimbra Cloud Hosting Report Explanation
    1. Title (Example.com).  This is the name of your primary domain(s).  In Zimbra 5, a domain and its associated domain aliases may only be administrated, and reported separately.  At some time in the future, we plan to support cross-domain administration for primary domains and their associated domain aliases.

    2. Domain aliases.  Reasonably unlimited and completely free-of-additional-charge, these are the pseudonyms of your primary domain name, the names your primary domain name is also known as.  For example, not only will yourname@example.com will receive email from yourname@example.org, and yourname@example.net, but also any new mailbox you create for example.com will automatically receive mail for example.org and example.net.  Not only mailboxes, but also mailbox aliases and distribution lists are likewise impacted by domain aliases.
    3. Generated.  The date on which the Report was generated.
    4. Next Billing.  The date on which the next Billing Report will be generated.
    5. Terms.  The Term of service, either prepaid Annual, or prepaid Monthly (month-to-month).  Customers with a Monthly term may upgrade to Annual term at any time via the Billing Manager or by request to Billing through our online help desk ticketing system.  After the request is processed the Term change will take affect on the Next Billing.  There is no charge to upgrade from Monthly to Annual term.  Customers with an Annual term may only change to a Monthly term at the end of their Annual term, by request to Billing through our oline help desk ticketing system.
    6. Renewal.  The next renewal date for your Term of service.  For customers with a Monthly term, this will be the next calendar month.
    7. Primary table.
      1. Row color.
        1. White. Quota-based pricing (default).
        2. Pink. Usage-based pricing (optional, domain admin sets Quota to "0" to enable).
        3. Gray. Discount pricing (optional with Monthly term, domain admin sets status to "closed" to enable).
      2. Mailbox Name.  The email address of each of your mailboxes, in bold when it's a new mailbox or the name has changed since your last Billing Report.
      3. Storage (GB) Quota.  The Quota set for the mailbox (see section 5, in our What is a Mailbox? Public FAQ).
      4. Storage (GB) Usage.  The Usage of the mailbox (see section 4, in our What is a Mailbox? Public FAQ).
      5. Current Status.  The status of the mailbox as of the date Generated.
        • Active.  This is the default, normal status of a mailbox.
        • Locked.  Due to too many failed password attempts, or suspension due to non-payment.  Locked mailboxes cannot send nor receive email.  Submit a ticket to our online help desk to unlock mailboxes.
        • Closed.  For customers with a Monthly term, Closed mailboxes receive a $2 discount.  Closed mailboxes cannot receive nor send email.  Login to the domain admin to change the status of mailboxes to/from Closed.
      6. Zimbra Mobile. "1" means the mailbox user is licensed for Zimbra Mobile, in bold when it's a new license or the mailbox name has changed since your last Billing Report.
      7. Blackberry (BES).  "1" means the mailbox user is registered on one of the 01.com Blackberry BES servers, in bold when it's a new service or the mailbox name has changed since your last Billing Report.
      8. Archiving & Discovery. "1" means the mailbox user is licensed for Archiving & Discovery ("Legal Compliance"), and owns an additional, related archive mailbox listed in the Archiving & Discover Mailboxes section 9, below, in bold when it's a new archive or the mailbox name has changed since your last Billing Report.
      9. Domain Admin Privileges.  "1" means the mailbox user has domain admin privileges, can login to the domain admin to add/delete mailboxes, change passwords and quotas, and request self-generated reports (9.2, above), in bold when it's a new privilege or the mailbox name has changed since your last Billing Report.  See the Domain Admin FAQ and Videos.
      10. Mailbox Server.  Identifies the specific mailbox server at 01.com on which the mailbox is located, in bold when the server  or the mailbox name has changed since your last Billing Report.
    8. Resources.  Resources are conference rooms or other shared items with free/busy calendars.  Resources are not counted as additional mailboxes for the purposes of pricing, in bold when the resource or its name has changed since your last Billing Report.
    9. Archiving & Discovery Mailboxes.  Not accessible by mailbox users, this option creates archives of in-bound and out-bound email and attachments.  A licensing option enabled per mailbox by request to the online help desk.   Archives are searchable by administrators by keyword across all archives, and through exploded headers and most attachments.  Archives are always subject to the Usage-based pricing option.  Read more about Zimbra Archiving & Discovery ("Legal Compliance").
    10. Wiki Mailbox.  This is a special system mailbox provided free-of-charge with each Business Hosting account.  Providing key functionality within Zimbra, it should not be used, renamed nor deleted.  This wiki mailbox is not counted in the Totals section.  It's listed here to highlight the fact you should leave it alone!
    11. Totals
      1. IN USE, as of this report.  Shows the totals counted on the date the report was Generated.
        1. Quota-based. The total, pooled actual quotas of all mailboxes subject to quota-based pricing.
        2. Usage-based. The total, pooled actual usage of all mailboxes subject to usage-based pricing.
        3. Mailboxes. The total number of mailboxes.
        4. Zimbra Mobile (ActiveSync).  The total number of mailboxes with Zimbra Mobile enabled.
        5. Blackberry (BES). The total number of mailboxes registered on one of the 01.com Blackberry BES servers.
        6. Archiving & Discovery. The total number of Archiving & Discovery archives.
        7. Domain Admin Privileges. The total number of mailboxes with domain admin privileges.
      2. PAST PURCHASES, AND FEATURES included free with Pending purchases, if any (only applies to annual terms).  The totals to which you're entitled without additional charge.  If you have an Annual term, and you've purchased additional storage or licensing in some earlier month, it will be accounted for here.  Also accounts for features, such as storage and licensing, included free-of-additional-charge with any new mailboxes reported, so that all available discounts are applied before determining new mailboxes and features pending purchase.
        1. Quota-based. The free pooled storage of all mailboxes subject to quota-based pricing.
        2. Usage-based. The free pooled storage of all mailboxes subject to usage-based pricing (25GB each under annual terms).
        3. Mailboxes. The total number of mailboxes licensed.
        4. Zimbra Mobile (ActiveSync).  The total number of mailboxes licensed for Zimbra Mobile.
        5. Blackberry (BES). The total number of mailboxes licensed for Blackberry BES server native sync.
        6. Archiving & Discovery.  The total number of Archiving & Discovery archives licensed.
      3. NEW MAILBOXES AND FEATURES PENDING PURCHASE, as of this report.  The net difference between the sub-totals of "In Use" and "Past Purchases..." is your "Pending purchases."  If the report is a Billing Report, "Pending purchases" are the totals based on which you will be invoiced.  If the report is a Courtesy or Self-generated Report, these totals are for your information only, totals based on which you would be invoiced, if it was the 28th of the month and a Billing Report.
        1. Quota-based. The total new storage subject to quota-based pricing, depending on your Term:
          • Annual Business Hosting: only billed as usage-based
          • Monthly Business Hosting $1-2/GB/month depending on volume [see the Calculator launched from the upper right most corner of our home page]
        2. Usage-based. The total new storage subject to usage-based pricing of $2/GB/month.
        3. Mailboxes. The total number of new mailboxes to license.
        4. Zimbra Mobile (ActiveSync).  The total number of new Zimbra Mobile to license. Now provided free-of-charge.
        5. Blackberry (BES). The total number of Blackberry BES accounts to license.
        6. Archiving & Discovery.  The total number of Archiving & Discovery archives to license.
