Is the calculator accurate?

Yes.
Why does the calculator automatically add Space (GB)?

It prevents people from making very unusual and unlikely choices, such as 100 mailboxes with 1 GB of space.
With the Month-to-month term, do I get charged the Activation fees immediately?

No. You're not charged activation fees unless you keep the service more than 30 days.
How do I know what I'm going to be charged for service?

Use the calculator to predict your charges! Also, on the 21st of every month, you'll receive a report called the Courtesy Analysis from us by e-mail. This report details your service, and shows the amount due at the next billing period.

If you change your services before the following Billing Analysis on each 28th, such as by adding a mailbox, your total price will increase accordingly.
What if I add a mailbox in the middle of a Prepaid Annually Term?

At the next billing period, you will be charged the prorated amount due for the mailbox, to the end of your Term.

In this case, if a mailbox costs $49.99/year, and you order one for 6 months, you would be invoiced and charged for $24.99.
Can I receive an invoice?

Yes. In fact every client of the 01.com cloud hosting service does. Shortly after we send out the Billing Analysis on the 28th of each month, we send out an invoice by email, too.
What are your billing periods? When am I charged for service?

We bill each calendar month, commonly on the night of the 2nd.
How does the free 30 days work for Month-to-month terms?

Your first 30 days are free-of-charge. At the next billing period after that initial 30 days, you'll be charged prorated for the time remaining between the end of your first 30 days and the beginning of the billing period, along with the next month's service.

For example in your invoice you'll see a line-item for mailboxes, and also one for mailboxes prorated.
How does the free 30 days work for Prepaid Annually terms?

Your Annual Term begins at the beginning of the billing period immediately following the end of your first, free 30 days.

For example, if you sign up for service on June 15, your Term will begin August 1, and you will be charged August 2.
Are there any cancellation penalties? Are there any refunds?

No. And, No. There are no cancellation penalties beyond what you have paid to date.
