01.com is both an approved Zimbra Partner and RIM Blackberry Alliance Partner, and under our Managed Services we have a solution called 01.com ServerCare that delivers various options for secure remote server administration, maintenance, emergency response and monitoring.
Our monitoring is both passive and active, with scripts on the servers and external monitoring software in use to keep a close watch on your server(s) and their various services, and while systems reliability is our aim, we're prepared to respond to emergencies quickly, and an aggressive service level agreement (SLA) to back up our guarantees.
While installation and 2 software upgrades per year are included with our most basic ServerCare plans and all time is billed extra T&M, our top level plans include all software upgrades and patches (including OS), 24x7 phone support, mail backup services (MX), and a buffer of free hours each month available for general systems administration services. This way you may choose the plan that's best for your organization, from serving as a backup to existing systems administrators, to outsourcing the entire management of your Zimbra and BES servers.
You may choose to add other Managed Services to create a complete solution. We can also provide licensing, help desk support (Tier 1, assisting your end-users directly, or supporting your help desk team on desktop-related issues), integration, programming and development, on-premise training, and other services by request.
