You may request a customized COS (class of service) after sign up using our online help desk. We can enable or disable various features and settings for your particular COS, thus customizing the experience for your organization. This same customized COS can be assigned a unique theme (color and logo), so your organization can have a branded interface.
Options include and are not limited to:
- Chat
- General Preferences
- Major Features (availability of Chat, Tasks, Calendars, etc)
- Tagging
- Sharing
- Changing password
- Changing UI themes
- HTML compose
- Keyboard shortcuts
- Global Address List (GAL) access
- Auto-complete from GAL
- Password preferences (length, type, expiration...)
- Time-out policy
- Group calendar
- Instant notifications
- Saved searches
- Zimlets
- Themes
- Percentage threshold for quota warning messages (%)
- Quota warning template
- E-mail message lifetime (default is unlimited)
- Trash message lifetime (default is 30 days)
- Tunk message lifetime (default is 30 days)

Also note that these additional features/options may be customized in the 01.com hosting environment by request:
- Logo
- Server pool (choice of mailbox server(s))
- Annual or monthly terms
- Quota or storage-based pricing (hard limit vs. soft limit)
- Outbound SMTP throttling (set to prevent abuse, may be raised permanently)
- Anti-virus/anti-spam (preferences may be set directly for your domain and by mailbox
