Among other features, the 01.com Help Desk delivers a web ticketing and issue tracking system that enables you to prioritize issues, and track responses over time. The record of tickets is not deleted, can be referred to during the life of service with 01.com. Other Help Desk features include: software downloads, RSS News, private Knowledge base, and initiate remote control screen sharing session for remote diagnostics and help.
